Facebook Post Is Young Man's Alibi

This isn't exactly hard hitting legal news but I found it pretty amusing/interesting. A man used Facebook to prove that he did not commit a robbery because at the time of the robbery he was posting a status update about the face that he was craving pancakes. His lawyers told the ADA in the case about the facebook post and the ADA subpoenaed Facebook records to prove the alibi. Once the alibi was proven all charges were dropped.
